Ponderosa can cater your next fundraiser banquet, golf outing, awards dinner, tailgate party or picnic. It's easy, fun and tasty and profitable for your organization. Our banquet pricing (as low as $5.00 per person, complete) allows members of your organization to sell tickets for an increased amount (about $10 to $12 per person). The amount you charge over our per/person banquet price is your organization's profit.

Choose a menu that best suits the general tastes of your members and guests. Our management team can assist in menu selections and pricing. |

Encourage your members to support the event by pre-selling tickets. Possibly offer an incentive of a free meal or a prize to top sellers. |

Enlist volunteers to help set-up, serve and clean up. Numbers of volunteers needed vary on the size and type of event but generally about 12 volunteers are needed on average. |

Confirm a final head count with our management. |
We provide frequency cards for you to distribute to members of your group. Each time your group members dine at Ponderosa, their frequency card is punched. When members of your group dine at Ponderosa 8 times within a specified time period to completely punch their card, we will donate $5.00 for each completely punched card back to your group.

Distribute the Bucks frequency cards to members of your group and encourage them to support your group by frequently dining at Ponderosa to completely punch their card. Make more cards available, if necessary.

Set a deadline and location for your members to turn in their completely punched cards. |

Turn in all your cards to the steakhouse manager and a check in the amount of $5.00 per completely punched card will be prepared for your organization.

All Bucks and Choice for Charity cards may not be redeemed by cardholders for cash.
We offer frequency cards several times throughout the year to reward our loyal guests for regularly dining at our Ponderosa. The value of the frequency cards is a free beverage after 5 punches and a free meal after 8 punches.
Guests with completely punched frequency cards have the choice to either redeem their card for the free meal they're entitled to or turn their card in to the steakhouse, foregoing their free meal, and we will forward $5.00 in the guest's name to the charity of their choice.

Dine at our Ponderosa 8 times within the specified time period. (By the way, enjoy your free beverage after 5 visits.)

Turn in your frequency card after your 8th visit and instead of redeeming it for a free meal, write your name on the back of the card, the name and address of the charity you wish to have a donation sent to. We will then forward a donation in your name to that organization**.
**Organizations must be registered, legitimate
and authorized charitable and not for profit organizations
to be qualified for donations through the Choice for Charity
program. In the event that no charity is specifically
named or the charity listed cannot be verified, we at
Ponderosa have the right to choose the charity that will
receive your donation.
